These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and bmax88 ("bmax88", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the platform accessible at https://bmax88.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces or applications (collectively, "the Platform").

bmax88 is an online betting and casino information and services platform designed to serve users in the Pakistan market and other eligible jurisdictions. The Platform provides access to sports betting (including cricket, football, UFC and other sporting events), live casino games, slot titles, table games, esports betting and related promotional services — all delivered in the English language.

These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the Platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, betting activity, bonus participation, responsible gambling tools and communications with our support team. They should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bmax88.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.

Your acceptance of these Terms also constitutes your acknowledgement that:

• You have read and understood these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy in full;
• You are of legal age in your jurisdiction and meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 4;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that past outcomes do not predict future results;
• You acknowledge that bmax88 does not guarantee winnings, profits or any particular outcome from use of the Platform.

Use of the bmax88 Platform is strictly restricted to eligible individuals. You are not permitted to register or use an Account unless you satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. If you are under the applicable minimum age, you are a Prohibited User and must not access the Platform under any circumstances.

• Accuracy of Information: All information provided at registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be accurate, current and complete. bmax88 reserves the right to verify all submitted information and to request supporting documents at any time.

To access the full range of services on the bmax88 Platform, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and preferred currency. All fields marked as mandatory must be completed truthfully.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bmax88 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account whilst you are logged in — regardless of whether or not it was authorised by you — will be treated as your activity and your responsibility.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bmax88 immediately via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. We recommend that you change your password immediately in such circumstances.

• One Account per person, per household and per device is permitted;
• Accounts are not transferable and may not be sold, gifted or otherwise assigned to another person;
• bmax88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason;
• Accounts inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as described in the Account Termination section.

bmax88 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm your identity before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, during account operation. KYC is a standard industry requirement designed to prevent fraud, money laundering and underage access.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents during the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence showing your name and residential address, dated within three months;
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence of ownership of the deposit method used, which may include a screenshot of your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account details (for verification purposes only — such references do not imply that these providers endorse or support gambling transactions);
• Source of Funds: In certain cases, bmax88 may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your Account.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bmax88 may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until satisfactory verification is provided. bmax88 processes all personal data submitted during KYC in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

The bmax88 cashier displays transaction amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, available payment methods and applicable processing timelines are published in the cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment methods referenced on the Platform — including mobile wallet services such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, the Raast instant payment system, and bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are mentioned as familiar Pakistani payment rails only. bmax88 makes no representation that these payment providers permit, support or endorse gambling transactions. Availability of any specific payment method for a given transaction depends entirely on the operator's live cashier, the payment provider's own merchant policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted;

• Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals (where available) are subject to additional terms published in the cashier. Cryptocurrency values are subject to market volatility; bmax88 bears no liability for exchange-rate fluctuations.

All bets and wagers placed on the bmax88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, game or market. These rules are published within the relevant betting or gaming interface and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and sport- or game-specific rules, the more specific rule shall prevail.

• Cricket, Football & Sports Betting: Bets are accepted on markets published in the sportsbook. References to Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 tournaments and ICC events are for sporting context only; bmax88 has no affiliation with, or endorsement from, PCB, PSL, ICC or any team or player;
• Bet Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant sport's governing body or, in the case of live gaming, the outcome recorded by the game software;
• Void Bets: bmax88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or where an error in the published odds is identified prior to settlement;
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day and per account. These limits are published in the relevant betting interface;
• In-Play Betting: Live betting markets operate in real time. Bets accepted on in-play markets are binding from the moment of acceptance, subject to the results verification process;
• Casino & Slot Games: All games are operated by third-party providers and are subject to the provider's certified RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer procedures. RTP figures displayed are illustrative theoretical averages provided by the game manufacturer.

bmax88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which together with this Section 9 constitute the binding terms of that promotion. Where any conflict exists between the general terms of this Section and a promotion-specific terms document, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The exact multiplier applicable to each promotion is published in the promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met;
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirement clearance. Game contribution rates are published alongside the promotion terms;
• Maximum Bet Limitation: While a wagering requirement is active, a maximum bet per spin or wager may apply. Placing bets in excess of this limit may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings;
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation;

• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, circumvent or abuse bonus terms — including coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage or the use of multiple accounts — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances;
• Withdrawal of Offers: bmax88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions already credited to accounts at the time of withdrawal will continue to be governed by the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bmax88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using false, incomplete or third-party identity information;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or using the Platform to process funds of illegal origin;
• Manipulating game outcomes through the use of automated software, bots, exploitation of software bugs or collusion with other players;
• Sharing, selling or transferring Account credentials or balances to any third party;
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through arbitrage, matched betting across multiple accounts, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent the spirit of promotion terms;
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening or offensive toward bmax88 staff or other users via any communication channel.

All content on the bmax88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the property of bmax88 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from bmax88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bmax88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or gambling losses.

bmax88 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or free from technical interruptions. Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party network outages and force majeure events may affect availability. bmax88 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability during such periods.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bmax88's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

bmax88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for its users. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from your Account settings at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum net loss permitted within a defined time period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you to the length of your current session;
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your Account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent exclusion from all gambling activity on the Platform.

• The Account was registered using false or third-party identity information;
• Fraudulent, abusive or collusive activity has been conducted through the Account;
• The User is a Prohibited User as defined in Section 2;
• The Account is the subject of a valid law enforcement, regulatory or legal request;
• Continued operation of the Account would represent a compliance or reputational risk to bmax88.

Upon termination for cause, bmax88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where a balance is confirmed as legitimately owned by the User and no breach has been established, it will be returned in accordance with applicable procedures. Bonus funds and associated winnings are not returnable upon account closure where a breach of these Terms has been identified.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed in accordance with the operator's standard account closure procedure. Any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

bmax88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments may be made for reasons including but not limited to: changes in applicable law or regulation, changes in Platform functionality or services, corrections to errors or ambiguities, and updates to responsible gambling requirements.

Where amendments are material, bmax88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of any revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bmax88 is licensed and registered to operate.

Nothing in this clause shall limit any rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan are reminded that domestic law — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose obligations and restrictions that are independent of and in addition to these Terms.
